Dear Colleagues!

Thank you for your interest in our Journal. The research carried out by young scientists is invaluable for the considerate, gentle and efficient development of the Arctic, the region that determines the world's weather, stores immense hydrocarbon reserves and serves as home and place of work for roughly four million people. Therefore, we will do our best to make our cooperation as convenient and effective as possible for you. 

Publication in the Journal is free of charge. The author does not cover the costs of preparation and publication of materials in the Journal, or the assignment of a DOI number. 

Full versions of all scientific articles are made available in the public domain under the Creative Commons Attribution license, which requires an appropriate reference to the creator. 

Prior to publication the Editorial Desk and Author sign an agreement to transfer a non-exclusive license. The Editors recommend that the Author fills in the Declaration of Conflict of Interest (if applicable). 

In order to list the work in scientific databases under the correct name (not that of a namesake), the Editors ask the Authors to provide their OrcidID and ResearchID, if available. 

Before sending materials to the Editorial Desk, please read the Regulations and Provisions governing the Journal’s operations in the Documents section. There you can download the Article Template that will greatly simplify the process of designing and laying out the Manuscript. You can find information on the writing format and layout requirements in the corresponding section. 

The Editorial Desk of the «Russian Arctic» Journal pursues a conscientious policy which requires compliance with publication ethics and declaration of conflict of interest by all participants of the publication process. Please read the Editorial Guidelines before submitting an article.
